Terms and Conditions of 66bb – Rules of Platform Use

By registering on the 66bb platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling of the platform, which form documents supplementary to these Terms.

Acceptance is automatic upon registration. If these Terms are updated, 66bb will notify users by email or via an in-platform notice at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms apply exclusively to the relationship between the registered individual user and the 66bb platform. They do not apply to third parties, business partners, or game providers — each of which has its own terms available on their respective official websites.

To create an account at 66bb, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration;
• Be an individual resident in Brazil with a CPF active and in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program — whether requested personally on 66bb or imposed by regulatory authority;
• Not be an employee, representative, or contractor of 66bb or any of its partner game providers;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form.

Each individual may hold one active account only at 66bb. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF is strictly prohibited and subject to the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with possible retention of balances pending verification.

66bb reserves the right to refuse registrations or close accounts at any time, with justification, when there is suspicion of false information, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or a determination by a competent authority.

Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during use of the platform, in accordance with anti-money laundering policies and regulatory compliance requirements.

The documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport) — clear front and back scans;
• Selfie holding the document — to confirm that the account holder is the person accessing the account;
• Proof of address recent (within the last 90 days) — utility bill (electricity, water, or gas), bank statement, or service invoice in the account holder's name;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method — for Pix withdrawals, the key must be registered under the account holder's CPF.

66bb accepts deposits through the following payment methods, all exclusively in BRL (R$):

Deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. 66bb does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits received from accounts held in third-party names will be returned to their source and the account may be suspended for investigation.

66bb reserves the right to refuse deposits that show signs of suspicious activity, regardless of the payment method used. If a deposit is refused, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Withdrawals at 66bb are processed exclusively via Pix, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or TED bank transfer to accounts registered under the same CPF as the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The standard processing time for Pix withdrawals is up to 15 minutes after the request is submitted, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 30 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal via Pix is R$ 20.00 for accounts with completed identity verification. Accounts without completed KYC verification cannot process withdrawals.

66bb does not charge any fees on withdrawals. Any banking fees for TED transfers are the sole responsibility of the user's financial institution.

General rules applicable to all 66bb bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available only for the first deposit for new accounts. Retroactive redemption is not possible;
• The standard rollover (wagering requirement) ranges from 5x and 20x the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion;
• The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the moment the bonus is credited, unless otherwise stated in the promotion;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 in sports markets do not count toward rollover completion;
• Weekly cashback is credited automatically every Monday and carries a rollover of 1x — the amount may be withdrawn after a single bet placed with the received balance;

Sports Betting on 66bb covers Brasileirão Série A and Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, UFC, NBA, NBB, Superliga de Vôlei, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. Each sport may have specific supplementary rules, published in the corresponding sport's help section.

Event cancellation: if an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and the amounts returned to the user's balance. For live events that are permanently suspended, bets already settled (goal scored, completed set result, etc.) stand; all remaining bets are voided.

Postponed events: if an event is postponed to within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, pre-match bets remain valid. Postponements exceeding 48 hours will result in bet cancellation and the wagered amount being returned to the user's balance.

Live betting: live bets may be briefly refused or suspended during high-impact events (such as goals, red cards, or retirements). Bets that have been confirmed — with "accepted" displayed on screen — are valid and cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation.

Odds errors: in the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds (defined as more than 20% above the actual market value), 66bb reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount. The user will be notified by email.

Cash out: the cash out feature allows you to settle bets before the final result, at the value shown on the dashboard at the time of the request. The cash out amount may be lower than the amount staked (if the outcome is unfavorable) or higher (if the outcome is currently favorable). 66bb may temporarily suspend cash out during high-volatility events.

• Submitting false or altered documents during the identity verification process;
• Share account credentials with third parties or allow another person to use your account;
• Using a VPN, proxies, or any other technology to mask your actual access location.

Account security is a shared responsibility between the user and the platform. 66bb uses 256-bit SSL encryption, mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) for withdrawals, and a 24/7 anti-fraud system. The user is responsible for:

• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone — including anyone claiming to represent 66bb (the support team never will ask for your password);

• Deposit limit: the user may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once active, a limit can be reduced immediately; increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period;

Urgent changes — such as those required by a court or regulatory order — may take effect immediately, with simultaneous notice to the user.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and current fixed-odds betting regulations.

For dispute resolution, the parties elect the the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
